Quran 81:29
وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
| EnglishTalal Itani | But you cannot will, unless Allah wills—the Lord of the Worlds. |
