Quran 50:36
وَكَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُم مِّن قَرْنٍ هُمْ أَشَدُّ مِنْهُم بَطْشًا فَنَقَّبُوا۟ فِى ٱلْبِلَـٰدِ هَلْ مِن مَّحِيصٍ
| EnglishTalal Itani | How many generations before them, who were more powerful than they, did We destroy? They explored the lands—was there any escape? |
