Quran 27:14

And they rejected them, although their souls were certain of them, out of wickedness and pride. So see how the outcome was for the mischief-makers.

And they denied them, though their souls acknowledged them, for spite and arrogance. Then see the nature of the consequence for the wrong-doers!

Ve nefisleri yakîn hasıl ettiği halde mücerred zulm-ü kibirden onlara cehudluk ettiler, fakat bak o müfsidlerin akıbeti nasıl oldu?

Quoiqu’ils aient acquis la certitude de leur vérité, ils les nièrent par orgueil et par injustice. Mais considère quelle fut la fin des méchants.

En zij loochenden deze, uit onrechtvaardigheid en trotschheid, hoewel hunne zielen zekerlijk wisten, dat die van God waren; maar gedenk, wat het einde der zondaren was.

Sebbene avessero acquistata la certezza della lor verità, li negarono per orgoglio, e per essere ingiusti. Ma considera qual fu la fine de’ malvagi.
