Quran 45:12

It is Allah who placed the sea at your service, so that ships may run through it by His command, and that you may seek of His bounty, and that you may give thanks.

Allah it is Who hath made the sea of service unto you that the ships may run thereon by His command, and that ye may seek of His bounty, and that haply ye may be thankful;

Allah odur ki sizin için denizi musahhar kıldı, onda emri ile gemiler aksın diye, hem fadlından talebde bulunasınız diye ve gerek ki şükredesiniz

C’est Dieu qui vous a soumis la mer, afin que les vaisseaux la parcourent par ses ordres, que vous obteniez des dons de là générosité de Dieu, et que vous lui soyez reconnaissants.

Het is God, die de zee aan u heeft onderworpen, ten einde de schepen daarop zouden mogen zeilen, op zijn bevel, en dat gij door den handel voordeelen zoudt trachten te behalen van zijne mildheid, en dat gij dankbaar zoudt zijn.

È Dio che vi ha sottomesso il mare, affinchè le navi lo percorressero per di lui ordine, perchè abbiate (prove) della generosità di Dio, e perchè gli siate riconoscenti.
