Quran 25:45

Do you not see how your Lord extends the shadow? Had He willed, He could have made it still. And We made the sun a pointer to it.

Hast thou not seen how thy Lord hath spread the shade - And if He willed He could have made it still - then We have made the sun its pilot;

Bakmaz mısın rabbına? Gölgeyi nasıl uzatmakta? Dilese idi elbet onu sâkin de kılardı, sonra nasıl Güneşi, ona delil kılmışız?

As-tu remarqué comme ton Seigneur étend l’ombre ? S’il voulait, il la rendrait permanente. Nous avons fait du soleil son guide ;

Beschouwt gij de werken van uwen Heer niet, hoe hij de schaduw vóór het opgaan der zon uitdrijft? Indien het hem had behaagd, zou hij deze voor eeuwig onbewegelijk hebben gemaakt. Daarna doen wij de zon oprijzen en tot gids strekken.

Hai tu osservato come il tuo Signore distende l’ombra? Se volesse, la renderebbe permanente. Abbiamo destinato che il sole sia la sua guida;
