Quran 29:53

And they urge you to hasten the punishment. Were it not for a specified time, the punishment would have come to them. But it will come upon them suddenly, while they are unaware.

They bid thee hasten on the doom (of Allah). And if a term had not been appointed, the doom would assuredly have come unto them (ere now). And verily it will come upon them suddenly when they perceive not.

Bir de senden acele azâb istiyorlar, eğer müsemmâ bir ecel olmasa idi o azab onlara muhakkak gelmişti ve elbette o kendilerine gelecek, şuurları olmıyarak ansızın gelecek

Ils te demanderont de hâter le supplice. Si un terme immuable n’avait pas été fixé précédemment, ce supplice les aurait déjà atteints soudain, quand ils s’y attendaient le moins.

Zij zullen van u eischen, dat gij de straf verhaast, welke zij u tarten op hen te doen nederkomen. Indien er echter geen bepaalde tijd voor hun uitstel ware geweest, zou de straf reeds op hen zijn nedergekomen; maar zij zal hen zekerlijk plotseling overvallen, en zij zullen het niet voorzien.

Ti domanderanno di affrettare il supplizio. Se un’epoca fissa non fosse stata stabilita precedentemente, questo supplizio li avrebbe già colpiti sul momento quando se lo aspettavano meno.
