Quran 6:23

Then their only argument will be to say, “By Allah, our Lord, we were not idolaters.”

Then will they have no contention save that they will say: By Allah, our Lord, we never were idolaters.

Sonra başka fitnelik edemiyecekler sade şöyle diyecekler: Rabbimiz Allaha yemin ederiz: Vallahi bizler müşrik değil idik.

Et quelle autre excuse trouveront-ils que de dire : Nous jurons, par Dieu notre Seigneur, que nous n’avons point associé (d’autres dieux à Dieu).

Maar zij zullen geene andere verontschuldiging hebben, dan dat zij zullen zeggen: Bij God, onzen Heer, zweren wij, dat wij geene afgodendienaars waren.

Quale altra scusa troveranno senonchè dire: Noi giuriamo per Dio nostro Signore, che non abbiamo associato (altri Dii a Dio).
