Quran 9:29

Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the Last Day, nor forbid what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden, nor abide by the religion of truth—from among those who received the Scripture—until they pay the due tax, willingly or unwillingly.

Fight against such of those who have been given the Scripture as believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, and forbid not that which Allah hath forbidden by His messenger, and follow not the Religion of Truth, until they pay the tribute readily, being brought low.

O kendilerine kitab verilenlerden oldukları halde ne Allaha ne Âhıret gününe inanmıyan, Allahın ve Resulünün haram ettiğini haram tanımıyan, ve hak dinini din edinmiyen kimselere küçülmüş oldukları halde elden cizye verecekleri hale kadar harbedin

Faites la guerre à ceux qui ne croient point en Dieu ni au jour dernier, qui ne regardent point comme défendu ce que Dieu et son apôtre ont défendu, et à ceux d’entre les hommes des Écritures qui ne professent pas la croyance de la vérité. Faites-leur la guerre jusqu’à ce qu’ils payent le tribut, tous sans exception, et qu’ils soient humiliés.

Strijdt tegen degenen, die noch aan God: noch aan den jongsten dag gelooven, en niet verbieden wat God in zijn apostel hebben verboden, en den waren godsdienst niet belijden van hen, aan wie de schriften werden geopenbaard, tot zij door het recht van onderwerping schatting hebben betaald, en zij vernederd zijn.

Fate la guerra a quei che non credono a Dio, nè al giorno ultimo, che non considerano come proibito ciò che Dio, ed il suo apostolo hanno proibito, ed agli uomini delle Scritture che non professano la credenza della verità. Fate loro la guerra finchè paghino il tributo tutti, niuno eccettuato, e siano umiliati.
