Quran 28:39

He and his troops acted arrogantly in the land, with no justification. They thought they would not be returned to Us.

And he and his hosts were haughty in the land without right, and deemed that they would never be brought back to Us.

Hem de o ve askerleri yer yüzünde haksızlıkla kibirlenmek istediler ve zannettiler ki onlar bize iâde olunmıyacaklar

Or, Pharaon et son armée étaient pleins d’orgueil dans le pays d’Égypte, et ils l’étaient à tort ; ils croyaient qu’ils ne seraient jamais ramenés devant nous.

En hij, zoowel als zijn leger, gedroegen zich onbeschaamd en onrechtvaardig op de aarde, en verbeeldden zich, dat zij niet voor ons zouden worden gebracht, om gericht te worden.

Faraone, ed i suoi guerrieri erano pieni d’orgoglio nel paese d’Egitto, ed avevano torto; credevano che non sarebbero giammai condotti dinanzi a noi.
