Quran 16:89

On the Day when We raise in every community a witness against them, from among them, and bring you as a witness against these. We have revealed to you the Book, as an explanation of all things, and guidance, and mercy and good news for those who submit.

And (bethink you of) the day when We raise in every nation a witness against them of their own folk, and We bring thee (Muhammad) as a witness against these. And We reveal the Scripture unto thee as an exposition of all things, and a guidance and a mercy and good tidings for those who have surrendered (to Allah).

Hele her ümmet içinde kendilerinden üzerlerine bir şâhid ba's edeceğimiz, seni de onlar üzerine şâhid getirdiğimiz gün!... ve bu kitabı sana ceste ceste indirdik ki her şeyi beliğ bir surette beyan etmek hem bir hidayet kanunu, hem bir rahmet, hem de müslimîne bir müjde olmak için

Un jour nous susciterons du sein de chaque peuple un témoin qui déposera contre lui ; et toi, ô Mohammed ! nous t’instituerons témoin chargé de déposer contre les Arabes, car nous t’avons donné un livre qui contient l’explication de toute chose, qui est une preuve de notre miséricorde, qui sert de direction et annonce d’heureuses nouvelles à ceux qui se résignent à la volonté Dieu.

Op zekeren dag zullen wij uit ieder volk een getuige van de hunne tegen hen doen opstaan, en wij zullen u, o Mahomet, tot een getuige tegen deze Arabieren maken. Wij hebben u het boek van den Koran nedergezonden, tot uitlegging van alle dingen, die zoowel in het geloof als in het leven noodig zijn, en tot eene richting, en genade en goede tijdingen onder de Moslems.

Faremo nascere un giorno dal seno d’ogni popolo un testimonio che deporrà contro di lui; e tu (o Maometto) sarai testimonio per deporre contro gli arabi, poichè t’abbiam dato un libro che contiene qualunque spiegazione, che è una prova della nostra misericordia, che serve di direzione, e annunzia notizie felici a que’ che s’abbandonano alla volontà di Dio.
