Quran 23:46

To Pharaoh and his nobles, but they turned arrogant. They were oppressive people.

Unto Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they scorned (them) and they were despotic folk.

Fir'avna ve cem'ıyyetine de bunlar kibirlerine yediremediler ve dik başlı bir kavm idiler

Vers Pharaon et les grands de son royaume ; ceux-ci s’enflèrent d’orgueil : c’était un peuple altier.

Tot Pharao en zijne vorsten; maar zij weigerden trotsch in hem te gelooven; want het was een hoovaardig volk.

A Faraone, ed a’ suoi simili; questi si gonfiarono d’orgoglio; era un popolo altiero.
