Quran 15:21
وَإِن مِّن شَىْءٍ إِلَّا عِندَنَا خَزَآئِنُهُۥ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٍ مَّعْلُومٍ
| EnglishTalal Itani | There is not a thing but with Us are its stores, and We send it down only in precise measure. |
