Quran 41:14

Their messengers came to them, from before them and from behind them, saying, “Do not worship anyone but Allah.” They said, “Had our Lord willed, He would have sent down angels; therefore, we reject what you are sent with.”

When their messengers came unto them from before them and behind them, saying: Worship none but Allah! they said: If our Lord had willed, He surely would have sent down angels (unto us), so lo! we are disbelievers in that wherewith ye have been sent.

Onlara Allahdan başkasına tapmayın diye Resuller önlerinden ve arkalarından geldiği vakıt, «rabbımız: dilese idi Melâike gönderirdi, onun için biz sizin gönderildiğiniz şeylere inanmayız» dediler

Lorsque les apôtres s’élevaient de tous côtés au milieu d’eux et leur criaient : N’adorez que Dieu, ils répondaient : Si Dieu avait voulu nous convertir, il nous aurait envoyé des anges. Nous ne croyons pas à votre mission.

Toen de profeten tot hen kwamen, voor hen en achter hen, zeggende: Vereert God alleen, antwoordden zij: Indien het onzen Heer zou hebben behaagd, gezanten af te vaardigen, zou hij zeker engelen hebben gezonden, en wij gelooven de zending niet, waarmede gij zijt belast.

Quando sorgevano in mezzo ad essi apostoli da ogni parte, e lor gridavano: Adorate Dio solo, essi rispondevano: Se Dio avesse voluto (convertirli) avrebbe mandato degli angeli. Non crediamo alla vostra missione.
