Quran 2:83

We made a covenant with the Children of Israel: “Worship none but Allah; and be good to parents, and relatives, and orphans, and the needy; and speak nicely to people; and pray regularly, and give alms.” Then you turned away, except for a few of you, recanting.

And (remember) when We made a covenant with the Children of Israel, (saying): Worship none save Allah (only), and be good to parents and to kindred and to orphans and the needy, and speak kindly to mankind; and establish worship and pay the poor-due. Then, after that, ye slid back, save a few of you, being averse.

Ve bir vakit İsrail oğullarının şöyle misakını aldık: Allahdan başkasına tapmıyacaksınız; ebeveyne ihsan, yakınlığı olanlara da, öksüzlere de, biçarelere de; nasa güzellik söyleyin; namazı kılın; zekâtı verin; sonra pek azınız müstesna sözünüzden döndünüz, hâlâ da dönüyorsunuz

Quand nous reçûmes l’alliance des enfants d’Israël, nous leur dîmes : N’adorez qu’un seul Dieu ; tenez une belle conduite envers vos pères et mères, envers vos proches, envers les orphelins et les pauvres ; n’ayez que des paroles de bonté pour tous les hommes ; acquittez-vous exactement de la prière ; donnez l’aumône. Excepté un petit nombre, vous vous êtes montrés récalcitrants, et vous vous êtes détournés de nos commandements.

Toen wij met de kinderen Israëls een verbond sloten, bevalen wij: Vereert een eenigen God, weest goed omtrent uwe ouders, bloedverwanten, weezen en armen, en wenscht den menschen slechts goeds; doet het gebed en geeft aalmoezen; doch spoedig daarop zijt gij enkelen uitgezonderd, afgevallen en daarvan afgekeerd.

Allorchè ricevemmo l’alleanza dei figli d’Israele, noi dicemmo loro: Non adorate che un solo Dio; abbiate una buona condotta verso i vostri genitori, verso i parenti, gli orfani ed i poveri; abbiate parole di bontà per tutti; fate esattamente la preghiera e l’elemosina. Ad eccezione di pochi, vi siete mostrati recalcitranti, ed avete deviato dai nostri comandamenti.
