Quran 2:240

Those of you who die and leave wives behind—a will shall provide their wives with support for a year, provided they do not leave. If they leave, you are not to blame for what they do with themselves, provided it is reasonable. Allah is Mighty and Wise.

(In the case of) those of you who are about to die and leave behind them wives, they should bequeath unto their wives a provision for the year without turning them out, but if they go out (of their own accord) there is no sin for you in that which they do of themselves within their rights. Allah is Mighty, Wise.

Ve içinizden zevcelerini geri bırakarak vefat edecek olanlar, zevceleri için senesine kadar çıkarılmaksızın bir intifaı vasıyyet etmek var, bunun üzerine kendileri çıkarlarsa kendi haklarında yapdıkları meşru' bir hareketten dolayı size bir mes'uliyet yoktur, maamafih Allah azîzdir, hakîmdir

Ceux d’entre vous qui mourront laissant après eux leurs femmes leur assigneront un legs destiné à leur entretien pendant une année, et sans qu’elles soient obligées de quitter la maison. Si elles la quittent d’elles-mêmes, il ne saurait résulter aucun péché pour vous de la manière dont elles disposeront honnêtement d’elles-mêmes. Dieu est puissant et Sage.

Zij onder u die sterven en vrouwen achter laten, moeten haar onderhoud voor een jaar achter laten, zonder haar uit het huis te verdrijven. Verlaten zij het vrijwillig, dan hebt gij er geene zonde van, indien zij naar billijkheid met zich zelven handelen. God is machtig en wijs.
