Quran 2:14

And when they come across those who believe, they say, “We believe”; but when they are alone with their devils, they say, “We are with you; we were only ridiculing.”

And when they fall in with those who believe, they say: We believe; but when they go apart to their devils they declare: Lo! we are with you; verily we did but mock.

Bir de iman edenlerle karşılaştılar mı «âmennâ» derler ve kendi şeytanları ile halvet oldular mı «emin olun derler, biz sizinle beraberiz, biz ancak mütehziyiz»

S’ils rencontrent des fidèles, ils disent : Nous avons la même croyance que vous ; mais dès qu’ils se trouvent à l’écart, en société de leurs tentateurs, ils disent : Nous sommes avec vous, et nous nous rions de ceux-là.

Ontmoeten zij geloovigen, dan zeggen zij: "Wij gelooven ook,'" maar zoodra zij weder bij hunne verleiders zijn, zeggen zij: "Wij houden het met u, en deze bespotten wij slechts."

Se incontrano dei fedeli, dicono: Noi abbiamo la stessa vostra fede; ma appena sono lontani, insieme ai loro tentatori dicono: Siamo con voi, e ci ridiamo di loro.
