Quran 7:53

Are they waiting for anything but its fulfillment? The Day its fulfillment comes true, those who disregarded it before will say, “The messengers of our Lord did come with the truth. Have we any intercessors to intercede for us? Or, could we be sent back, to behave differently from the way we behaved before?” They ruined their souls, and what they used to invent has failed them.

Await they aught save the fulfilment thereof? On the day when the fulfilment thereof cometh, those who were before forgetful thereof will say: The messengers of our Lord did bring the Truth! Have we any intercessors, that they may intercede for us? Or can we be returned (to life on earth), that we may act otherwise than we used to act? They have lost their souls, and that which they devised hath failed them.

Onlar hele bakalım nereye varacak diye onun ancak te'vilini gözetiyorlar, onun te'vili geleceği gün önceden onu unutmuş olanlar şöyle diyecekler hakıkat rabbımızın Peygamberleri hakkı tebliğ etmişlermiş, bak şimdi bizim şefaatçilerden hiç biri var mı ki bize şefaat etsinler? Veya geri döndürülür müyüz ki yaptığımız işin gayrisini yapsak? Yok doğrusu nefislerine yazık ettiler ve o iftira ettikleri şeyler onlardan gaib olub gittiler

Attendent-ils encore son interprétation ? Le jour où son interprétation sera arrivée, ceux qui l’auront négligé dans le monde s’écrieront : Les apôtres de Dieu nous avaient bien apporté la vérité. Ne trouverons-nous pas quelque intercesseur qui intercède pour nous, ou bien ne pourrons-nous pas retourner sur la terre ? Oh ! Nous agirions autrement que nous ne l’avons fait ? Mais alors ils se seront déjà perdus sans retour, et les divinités qu’ils avaient inventées auront disparu.

Wacht gij van iemand anders de uitlegging daarvan? Op den dag, waarop de verklaring daarvan zal komen, zullen zij die haar vroeger vergaten, zeggen: Thans zijn wij door bewijzen overtuigd, dat de profeten van onzen Heer met waarheid tot ons kwamen; zouden wij dus middenpersonen hebben, die voor ons tusschenbeiden treden? of zouden wij in de wereld teruggezonden worden, opdat wij andere werken zouden mogen doen, dan hetgeen wij gedurende onzen leeftijd deden? Doch thans hebben zij hunne zielen verdorven, en dat wat zij goddeloos uitdachten, is hun ontvlucht.

Aspettano forse ancora l’interpretazione? Il giorno in cui la sua interpretazione sarà arrivata, coloro che l’avranno trascurata nel mondo grideranno: Gli apostoli di Dio c’insegnavano la verità. Non troveremo noi qualche intercessore che prieghi per noi, acciocchè possiamo ritornare sulla terra per poter agire diversamente da quello che abbiamo fatto? Ma allora saranno già perduti senza speranza di ritornare, e le divinità che avevano inventate saranno sparite.
