Quran 29:38

And Aad and Thamood. It has become clear to you from their dwellings. Satan embellished for them their deeds, barring them from the path, even though they could see.

And (the tribes of) A'ad and Thamud! (Their fate) is manifest unto you from their (ruined and deserted) dwellings. Satan made their deeds seem fair unto them and so debarred them from the Way, though they were keen observers.

Âde de, Semûde de ki size bunlar meskenlerinden belli olmaktadır, Şeytan onlara amellerini tezyin etmişti de kendilerini yoldan çevirmişti, halbuki gözleri açık adamlar idiler

Nous anéantîmes Ad et Thémoud. Vous le voyez clairement aux débris de leurs demeures. Satan avait embelli leurs actions à leurs yeux et les avait éloignés de la droite voie. Ils étaient pourtant doués de pénétration.

En wij verdelgden ook de stammen van Ad en Thamoed; en gij weet wel wat er nog van hunne woningen is overgebleven. En Satan deed hen hunne werken goed vinden en wendde hen zijwaarts van den weg der waarheid, hoewel zij doorzicht hadden.

Distruggemmo Ad, e Themud. Lo vedete chiaramente dagli avanzi delle loro case. Satana aveva loro fatto apparir belle le proprie azioni, e malgrado la lor penetrazione li aveva allontanati dalla via retta.
