Quran 6:157

Or lest you say, “Had the Scripture been revealed to us, we would have been better guided than they.” Clarification has come to you from your Lord, and guidance, and mercy. Who then does greater wrong than he who gives the lie to Allah’s messages, and turns away from them? We will repay those who turn away from Our messages with the worst kind of punishment, because of their turning away.

Or lest ye should say: If the Scripture had been revealed unto us, we surely had been better guided than are they. Now hath there come unto you a clear proof from your Lord, a guidance and mercy; and who doeth greater wrong than he who denieth the revelations of Allah, and turneth away from them? We award unto those who turn away from Our revelations an evil doom because of their aversion.

Yâhud demiyesiniz ki: Eğer bize kitâp indirilmiş olsa idi her halde onlardan daha ziyade muvaffak olurduk, işte size Rabbiniz'den beyyine geldi, hidayet de geldi, rahmet de geldi, artık Allahın âyetlerini inkâr eden ve onlardan men'a kıyam eyleyenden daha zâlim kim olur? Elbette biz o, âyetlerimizi men'a kıyam edenleri bu kabahatleri yüzünden azabın en müdhişiyle cezâlandıracağız.

Vous ne direz plus : Si l’on nous eût envoyé un livre, nous aurions été mieux dirigés qu’eux. Une déclaration patente est cependant venue vers vous de la part de votre Seigneur ; elle est la direction et la preuve de la miséricorde divine. Et qui est plus méchant que celui qui traite de mensonges les signes de Dieu, et qui s’en détourne ? Nous punirons ceux qui se détournent de nos signes d’un supplice douloureux, parce qu’ils se sont détournés de nos signes.

Gij zult niet meer zeggen: indien ons een boek met goddelijke openbaringen ware nedergezonden, waarlijk wij zouden beter dan zij zijn geleid geworden. En thans is eene duidelijke verklaring, en eene richting en eene genade van uwen Heer tot u gekomen; en wie is onrechtvaardiger dan hij, die leugens omtrent Gods teekenen uitdenkt, en zich van hem afwendt? Wij zullen hen die zich van onze teekenen afwenden, met eene strenge straf beloonen, omdat zij zich hebben afgekeerd.

Non direte più: Se ci fosse stato mandato un libro, saremmo stati diretti meglio di loro. Nonostante è venuta a voi da parte del vostro Signore una dichiarazione patente; essa è la direzione, e la prova della misericordia divina. E chi è più malvagio di colui che tratta di bugiardi i segni di Dio, e che se ne allontana? Noi puniremo con un gastigo doloroso quei che si rivoltano contro i nostri segni.
