Quran 12:24

She desired him, and he desired her, had he not seen the proof of his Lord. It was thus that We diverted evil and indecency away from him. He was one of Our loyal servants.

She verily desired him, and he would have desired her if it had not been that he saw the argument of his Lord. Thus it was, that We might ward off from him evil and lewdness. Lo! he was of Our chosen slaves.

Hanım cidden ona niyyeti kurmuştu, o da ona kurmuş gitmişti amma rabbının bürhanını görmese idi, ondan fenalığı ve fuhşu bertaraf edelim için öyle oldu, hakıkat o bizim ıhlâsa mazhar edilmiş has kullarımızdandır

Mais elle le sollicita, et il eut la même intention, mais il reçut un avertissement de son Seigneur. Nous le lui avons donné pour le détourner du mal, d’une turpitude, car il était de nos serviteurs sincères.

Maar zij hield bij hem aan, en hij had dezelfde bedoeling; doch hij ontving eene duidelijke waarschuwing van zijnen Heer. Zoo wendden wij het kwaad en de onreinheid van hem af, daar hij een onzer oprechte dienaren was.

Ma essa lo pregò, ed era sul punto di cedere, quando un avviso di Dio venne a distorlo. Noi glielo abbiamo dato per distorlo dal male, e da un’azione disonorante, poichè era uno dei nostri servi sinceri.
