Quran 9:34

O you who believe! Many of the rabbis and priests consume people’s wealth illicitly, and hinder from Allah’s path. Those who hoard gold and silver, and do not spend them in Allah’s cause, inform them of a painful punishment.

O ye who believe! Lo! many of the (Jewish) rabbis and the (Christian) monks devour the wealth of mankind wantonly and debar (men) from the way of Allah. They who hoard up gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allah, unto them give tidings (O Muhammad) of a painful doom,

Ey o bütün iyman edenler! haberiniz olsun ki Ahbar ve Ruhbandan bir çoğu nâsın mallarını haksızlıkla yerler ve Allah yolundan çevirirler, altını, gümüşü hasineye tıkıb da onu Allah yolunda sarfetmiyenler ise işte onları elîm bir azâb ile müjdele

O croyants ! Un grand nombre de docteurs et de moines consument les biens des autres en choses vaines, et détournent les hommes du sentier de Dieu. Annonce un châtiment douloureux à ceux qui amassent l’or et l’argent, et ne le dépensent point dans le Sentier de Dieu.

O ware geloovigen! waarlijk, velen der priesters en monniken verteren het vermogen der menschen in ijdelheid en versperren den weg van God. Maar hun, die goud en zilver verzamelen en het niet voor den vooruitgang van Gods waren dienst gebruiken, verkondig eene gestrenge straf.

O credenti! una gran quantità di dottori, e di religiosi consuma i beni degli altri per cose vane, e distolgono gli uomini dal sentiero di Dio. Annunzia un gastigo doloroso a coloro che ammassano l’oro, e l’argento, e non lo spendono nel sentiero di Dio.
