Quran 30:28

He illustrates an example for you, from your own selves: do you make your servants full partners in the wealth We have given you? Do you revere them as you revere one another? We thus explain the revelations for a people who understand.

He coineth for you a similitude of yourselves. Have ye, from among those whom your right hands possess, partners in the wealth We have bestowed upon you, equal with you in respect thereof, so that ye fear them as ye fear each other (that ye ascribe unto Us partners out of that which We created)? Thus We display the revelations for people who have sense.

Il vous propose des exemples tirés de vous-mêmes. Prenez-vous vos esclaves, que vos mains vous ont acquis, pour vos associés dans la jouissance des biens que nous vous avons donnés, au point que vos portions soient égales ? Avez-vous à leur égard cette crainte (cette réserve) que vous avez dans vos rapports entre vous ? (C’est ainsi que nous exposons nos enseignements aux hommes doués d’intelligence.)

Hij stelt u vergelijkingen voor, aan u zelven ontleend. Hebt gij onder de slaven, welke door uwe rechterhand worden bezeten, een deelgenoot in het vermogen dat wij u hebben geschonken, zoodat gij daarvan gelijke bezitters met hen wordt, of dat gij hen vreest, zoo als gij elkander vreest? Zoo leggen wij onze teekens duidelijk uit, voor hen die begrijpen.

Vi propone esempi tratti da voi stessi. Prendete voi gli schiavi, che avete acquistati colle vostre mani, per vostri socj nel godimento de’ beni che v’abbiam dati, in modo che le vostre parti sieno eguali? Avete per loro quel timore (o riserva) che avete fra voi? Così noi esponiamo i nostri insegnamenti agli uomini dotati d’intelligenza.
