Quran 28:48

But when the truth came to them from Us, they said, “If only he was given the like of what was given to Moses.” Did they not disbelieve in what was given to Moses in the past? They said, “Two works of magic backing one another.” And they said, “We are disbelieving in both.”

But when there came unto them the Truth from Our presence, they said: Why is he not given the like of what was given unto Moses? Did they not disbelieve in that which was given unto Moses of old? They say: Two magics that support each other; and they say: Lo! in both we are disbelievers.

Ellerinin takdim eylediği günahlar yüzünden başlarına birer musîbet gelib de o vakıt «ya rabbenâ bize bir Resûl gönderseydin de âyetlerine uyup verilse ya!» Dediler, ya bundan evvel Mûsâya verilene küfretmediler mi? İki sihir tezâhür etti dediler ve biz hiç birisine inanmayız dediler

Mais lorsque la vérité, venant de nous, leur eut apparu, ils dirent : Pourquoi ne lui a-t-on pas donné ce qui a été accordé à Moïse ? Eh ! (les incrédules) n’ont-ils pas nié le livre donné autrefois à Moïse ? ne disent-ils pas : Le Koran et le Pentateuque ne sont que deux œuvres de sorciers qui s’entr’aident ? Nous ne croyons ni en l’un ni en l’autre.

Maar indien de waarheid van ons tot hen komt, zeggen zij: Indien hij niet dezelfde macht als Mozes ontvangt om wonderen te bewerken, zullen wij niet gelooven. Hebben zij niet evenzoo de openbaring verworpen, die vroeger aan Mozes werd gegeven? Zij zeggen: Twee listige bedriegerijen hebben elkander wederkeerig ondersteund: en zij zeggen: Waarlijk wij verwerpen die beide.

Ma allorchè appresero la verità, che lor veniva da noi, dissero: Perchè non gli è stato dato ciò ch’è stato accordato a Mosè? E non hanno forse negato il Libro dato a Mosè? E non dicono forse: Il Corano, ed il Pentateuco sono due opere di stregoni che s’ajutano fra loro. Noi non crediamo nè l’uno, nè l’altro.
