Quran 5:15

O People of the Book! Our Messenger has come to you, clarifying for you much of what you kept hidden of the Book, and overlooking much. A light from Allah has come to you, and a clear Book.

O People of the Scripture! Now hath Our messenger come unto you, expounding unto you much of that which ye used to hide in the Scripture, and forgiving much. Now hath come unto you light from Allah and plain Scripture.

Ey Ehl-i kitap, şimdi size Resulümüz geldi, kitabınızın gizlemekte olduğunuz bir çok yerlerini sizlere beyan ediyor, bir çoğundan da geçiyor, işte size Allah’dan bir nur, bir parlak kitap geldi.

Ô vous qui avez reçu les Écritures ! notre envoyé vous en a indiqué beaucoup de passages que vous cachiez, et il a passé outre sur beaucoup d’autres. La lumière vous est venue de Dieu, ainsi que ce Livre évident par lequel Dieu guidera ceux qui suivent sa volonté dans les sentiers du salut. Il les fera passer des ténèbres à la lumière par sa volonté, et les dirigera dans la droite voie.

O gij, die de schriften hebt ontvangen, thans is onze apostel onder u gekomen, om u vele plaatsen duidelijk te maken, welke gij in de schriften hebt verborgen, om vele anderen daarvan voorbij te gaan. Thans is het licht in een duidelijk boek van God tot u gekomen. Daarmede zal God hem leiden, die zijn wil op de paden des vredes zal volgen, en hem voeren door zijn wil uit de duisternis tot het licht, hij zal hem richten op den rechten weg.

O voi che avete ricevuto le Scritture! il nostro messo ve ne ha indicati molti passi che nascondevate, ne ha tralasciati molti altri. La luce vi è venuta dal cielo, come pure il libro evidente col quale Dio guiderà coloro che seguono la sua volontà nella strada della salute. Ei li farà passare dalle tenebre alla luce, e li dirigerà nella via retta.
