Quran 2:75

Do you hope that they will believe in you, when some of them used to hear the Word of Allah, and then deliberately distort it, even after understanding it?

Have ye any hope that they will be true to you when a party of them used to listen to the word of Allah, then used to change it, after they had understood it, knowingly?

Şimdi bunların size iman edivereceklerini ümit mi ediyorsunuz? Halbuki bunlardan bir fırka vardı ki Allahın kelâmını işitirlerdi de akılları aldıktan sonra onu bile bile tahrif ederlerdi

Désirez-vous maintenant, Ô musulmans ! Qu’ils (les Israélites de ce temps-ci) deviennent croyants pour vous (pour vous plaire) ? Un certain nombre d’entre eux cependant obéissaient à la parole de Dieu, mais par la suite ils l’altérèrent après l’avoir comprise, et ils le savaient bien.

Meent gij thans dat zij u gelooven zullen. Maar een deel van hen heeft het woord Gods vernomen: maar zij hebben het daarna, tegen beter weten aan, verdraaid.
