Quran 2:234

As for those among you who die and leave widows behind, their widows shall wait by themselves for four months and ten days. When they have reached their term, there is no blame on you regarding what they might honorably do with themselves. Allah is fully acquainted with what you do.

Such of you as die and leave behind them wives, they (the wives) shall wait, keeping themselves apart, four months and ten days. And when they reach the term (prescribed for them) then there is no sin for you in aught that they may do with themselves in decency. Allah is informed of what ye do.

İçinizden vefat edib de arkalarına kadın bırakanların zevceleri nefsilerini dört ay on gün bekletecekler, ıddetlerini bitirdilermi artık kendi haklarında meşru' olarak ıhtiyar edecekleri haraketten size mes'uliyet yok, Allah her ne yaparsanız habîrdir

Si ceux qui meurent laissent des femmes, elles doivent attendre quatre mois et dix jours. Ce terme expiré, vous ne serez point responsables de la manière dont elles disposeront honnêtement d’elles-mêmes. Dieu est instruit de ce que vous faites.

Indien zij die sterven vrouwen nalaten, moeten deze vier maanden en tien dagen wachten. Is deze tijd verloopen, dan is het geene zonde, als zij naar billijkheid met zich zelven handelen. God weet wat gij doet.

Se quelli che muojono lasciano delle mogli, esse devono attendere quattro mesi, e dieci giorni. Dopo spirato tal tempo, voi non sarete responsabili del modo con cui esse disporranno convenientemente di loro medesime. Iddio è istrutto di tutto ciò che voi fate.
